Hello! I'm looking forward to spending some of my time caring for your pets while you're away! I am really inspired by Old Friends Senior Dog Sanctuary and one day I hope to open my own animal sanctuary, but Rover will have to do for now. I've always had at least one dog in my house growing up. Right now I have two dogs as well as cats in my home. I also have a fenced yard to offer supervised play time and potty breaks. I'd be more than happy to drop in and make sure your lil' kitty-kat is well fed, played with, and has a clean litter box OR even host them in my cat room (AKA a quiet bedroom reserved just for cats that my pups do not have access to). Special skills: house training, crate training, medication administration- liquid and capsule, walking multiple (big) dogs at the same time, supervised play and feeding, etc. **Full disclosure: I am not on Rover for this to be my source of income. I keep my rates low because I know how expensive it can be when looking for trusted animal care, especially when you have more than one animal in the home and need to be away for more than a night. I am just offering the quality of care I want given to my animals when I am away. Any questions? Let's talk! My schedule during the day is pretty flexible as I work from home full time. I am also free during the weekend. What kind of care are you looking for and what days do you have in mind? I do offer a fenced yard and calm, child-free day care and pet sitting for those with proof of vaccination. I live in a house with plenty of room to stretch out and get comfortable. I am also able to take your dogs on leashed walks on the river trail or around town.

Gina is wonderful! We had tried a few places to bring our dog when we left town and Gina's place has been the best place for our fur baby :) she is very punctual, responsive, available, and always provides a detailed update that we appreciate. We like to use her regularly knowing Rooney is in good hands and has two other nice dogs to play with in a fenced back yard! Thanks Gina!
Gina and her partner were amazing. They watched my dog for a weekend night and sent updates on how she was doing throughout her time there. They went above and beyond by making sure my dog was happy and comfortable at night in her crate alone. They also made sure she was healthy by watching her pooping and eating habits. Gina has cared for my dog since he was a puppy. She even fit me in when I had a family emergency and had to leave town on short notice. She would send me updates with pictures and videos and took him to the store to pick out his own toy when he was a puppy. Her willingness to go above and beyond for her clients is what makes her stands out. Lenny is always happy to see her and you can tell that she truly cares about him. I was sad to hear she moved to Michigan but I'm glad she is starting to offer her dog sitting services again. Best of luck to you on Rover, Gina.
I wouldn’t trust anyone besides Gina to care for my dogs. She is the most compassionate animal lover I have ever been around, and I trust that she can take care of my animals as if they were here own children. If I ever need to go out of town, I know I can trust Gina to care of my fur-babies.

Schedule
My schedule is pretty flexible, I work from home so I have lots of autonomy. I’m home most of the time so there’s constant supervision.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a fenced yard and extra bedrooms to offer a quiet space if your pet prefers to be away from the pack. Otherwise, I allow the animals in the house to nap, roam, and play wherever they'd like. My dogs are pretty social, they get along well with others and enjoy the dog park. My cats are also used to being around dogs and are pretty relaxed about it.

A typical day
We'd explore quiet areas with light traffic. Maybe a nice walk at the park? As far as drop in visits, I would make sure your animals have all of their needs met and I would love to be able to play with them while you are away! Be sure to leave their favorite toy out so we can play fetch.
