I work from home, which allows me to attend to your pets potty and companionship needs full time while they are guests in our home. Your dog will get a good walk each day with as many potty breaks as needed, and enjoy lots of cuddles and belly rubs from young kids to adults.

My children love dogs as much as I do and we cannot wait to meet your pup! They will get lots of walks, play, affection, snuggles and socialization with the humans and our dog. All guests may have a designated quiet/safe zone in our home if that ever becomes a need for them.

I'd love to know if your dog has any behavioral quirks or challenges so I can meet them where they are and provide the best possible care for them. Do they like to burrow in the blankets, do they have a human food snatching habit, are they obsessed with finding small kid toys to play with or do they prefer to play with their own toys from home, do they LOVE having a good snuggle friend to play with, are they easily startled by loud household noises, do they like to say hello to delivery personnel, are they your on the go pup or do they like their nap time?
A typical day
A well exercised dog is a happy one. While they are a guests or a client of mine, they will get great walks, lots of time outside to explore, and all the affection they deserve. They might even get a few car rides in as we chauffeur kids to their weekly activities.

I have been everything from a dog walker to a puppy foster home to a dog mom of both a new puppy to rescue dogs. We currently have a small breed pup who is on the submissive/timid side, so our home is open to any dog friendly, small-medium breeds. I have a little pack of humans as well that will love on your dog while they are in my care, as well as our pup who loves getting to play with other friendly dogs. Meet and greet is recommended for new clients, but not required. ***I can only board crate trained dogs***. This is for their safety in a new environment, if I ever needed to run an errand they can’t tag along to, as well as their overnight stay. I started Rover sitting to provide a space for dogs that do not do well in traditional boarding environments…Velcro dogs that crave human companionship, get anxious around constant barking, and do better with the comforts of a home environment.
