Eyes 2 Heart Natural

Personal: Since I was little Verterenarian was always my dream job.. of course things change. I instead went into the Marine Corps and then opened a new chapter in Swim Instruction and Lifeguarding. Back then was when I got my first Cat in 2012. Currently I'm becoming certified in Massage Therapy and hope to move on to animal accupressure and therapy as well, so I'm unavailable between 7:30am and 2pm Mon-Thursday. I've been told by various people throughout my life how I have "the touch" and that they or their pets feel oddly soothed by me. I have even met people and their dogs while on hikes and been invited right there to care for their picky pets(uninterested in humans.) It's always special when dogs come to me for comfort in a room full of people which has happened a few times. One of the most notable ones was an old Sheltie who wouldn't come out from behind the couch (afraid of lightning); I wound up holding her failing hips and hitting some feel-good points to coax her out and back to normal. I grew up with a Husky/Lab/Chow mix and a Yorkie-Poo. Later I shared/trained a MinPin-Chiuwuawa and most recently had my own Jack Russell/Chiuwawa mix and would always get compliments on how well-behaved they were. I'm intuitive, empathetic, and can hit certain spots when massaging them or just transfer energy somehow that seems to really speak their language. I'm an animal too in every good sense of the word! My life experiences have trained me to think on my feet and innovate my way out of any obstacle, with a laugh in my heart and a respect for the waves.

Safety, trust & environment

Safety, Trust & Environment: I'd like to introduce my dog Pitunia as an extremely sweet, curious, receptive dude. We take big camping trips with friend's families (dogs, kids) and do exceptionally well. Each animal can perceive various tones in voice or touch or types of play differently, so I do take safety quite seriously. We don't play tug without practicing "LET GO" - I think it's relatable playing with toys and having some accidental nips - that said he really amazes me by Letting Go. I make sure to reward for every good behavior and only teach "no" if I'm distinguishing between "yes.". When we have multiple dogs it's important to feed at the same time and in separate areas. I typically have mine "wait" and he will sit or lay in his area until I set down the food, which comes in handy for multi-dog safety ☺️ Pitunia and I have also completed the Paws For People Therapy Program, where we trained with other dogs weekly to condition for working in hospitals, etc, so he is such a well-trained marshmallow. Manners tend to need constant upkeep though, as I'm sure you probably know with your loveable friend who might Also be: inquisitive eager jumpin and bumpin with affection, tail whippin butt wigglin and kissin!!! So we always keep at it😌.

House Sitting • Jul 28, 2022

I can’t say enough about how wonderful Gina was in sitting my 2 Dobermans in my home. She is kind, gentle & caring. She went out of her way not only for the comfort & care of my dogs but also by keeping in touch with pictures, videos & text alleviating all of my concerns leaving my dogs with a ‘new’ person. She kept the home neat & tidy, even ran the roomba. It was obvious my dogs loved her & had the best! I’ll have her here again & again.

Last month I had the pleasure of meeting Gina and I after talking to her and realizing that she knew how to handle my dog in particular that I decide to hire as a dog sitter for one week. I have a miniature Siberian husky and she is very high strong she loves the outside however it is hot out so she can’t stay out too long cause she’s got two levels of fur. Well Gina not only came over to stay and walk her theater make sure she have water I took pictures of her and send it to me to reassure myself that I made the right decision. I could not be any more pleased then with her service and with this app Rover.

Gina is one of the sweetest people Iv met! Her attitude about everything is so positive and understanding. Her dog pitunia is also one of the sweetest creatures Iv had the pleasure of meeting. Pitunia is NOT a fighter and great around ALL dogs. She even was great around my cat.!! Gina kept in contact and on was time. Gina has a very fun energetic loving vibe to her and seems to really love and know dogs. She is efficient in training and introducing techniques with other dogs. I would definitely trust and recommend Gina and Pitunia for your pets next stay :)

To whom it may concern, Please take good consideration to Gina Saltarelli, as I know firsthand who and what kind of person she truly is. As for me being her mother I know what a genuine, caring, loving, kind, loyal and charismatic individual she is. The values she has developed through military, management, and teaching experiences have given her great responsibility achievements. Also, please allow me your time to share some of her qualities growing up. As an honor roll student throughout her 12years she had developed the respect of her peers and teachers. She is super friendly and brightens up any moment in life with her musical and artistic natural talents. She always showed love and care to our dog Baxter and has always been an animal lover her whole life. As she rescued her cat Catrina and nurtured her thru the loss of her leg. As well as saving her precious dog’s life, Pituna. All dogs and cats love Gina. You certainly will be over joyed allowing her to give your pets her attention. Sincerely, Linda Ferguson

Schedule

Schedule: When I schedule through Rover, it has my full attention, and I won't leave to do other work unless it's specifically OK'd through you (then I may go out just to do a few deliveries and come back within 2 hours... though I certainly wouldn't leave 2 unfamiliar doggies alone whatsoever even if they were friends!) I can rise to your preference of potty and meal schedule, no sweat! If you're okay with your dog staying home during school for extended trips you may need to take, we can set them up in their own room or area of the house.

What's Important To Know About a Dog Ahead Of Time? It's important to understand their individual visual or auditory cues for various behaviors, like feeling nervous, needing to go outside, or healthy play among other furry animals and human animals. Are they hostile with toys? How do you prefer they ride in the car? Maybe your dog has a distinctive noise for "i REALLY gotta poop NOW?" Do they tolerate kids or people being literally in their face or are they not "that" easygoing?
Each sitter joining Rover needs to pass a background check. And by booking on Rover, you can get photo & message updates, 24/7 support, and reimbursement for eligible vet care.
