Very pleased. Gina was able to do a meet and greet because one my my cats is extremely shy and likes hiding. She knew how to be around my cats so they’d feel less nervous. Both cats ate all their food and got plenty of attention. I got regular updates twice a day with photos like I requested, so my mind was at ease leaving them while I was away. Litter was clean when I arrived and fresh water was given daily. Now my cats like her I’d book her again if she’s available.

Gina's communications were excellent, and we think she bonded well with our two girls, and they were relaxed when we returned home. She sent us updates promptly after each visit, as we requested, putting our minds at ease. She looked after the house, and we look forward to using her again - 100 % recommended.
