I recently relocated from Chicago, USA to the south side of Glasgow and am looking forward to getting to know the area more through dog walking and meeting new people! I work a hybrid 9-5, and am usually in the central Glasgow office 2-3 days per week but I’m happy to chat around flexibility to meet your needs! I’m incredibly flexible during weekends and will always be committed to prioritizing your dog.

Safety, trust & environment
I will be sure to follow all set guidelines and practices your pet is accustomed to in order to ensure they feel comfortable. This includes respecting your wishes regarding feeding schedule, pets on furniture and other important rules you keep in mind. I know how important consistency in training is for a pet! I only offer overnight care once a dog and I are familiar (ideally after we’ve had a few walks or visits together) to make sure we’re the best fit for each other.

Information Gina G. would like to know about your pet
I'd love to learn about some of your dog's favorite places to walk, their tendencies, and anything that makes them special. As an example, my parent's dog Noir loves to go outside, gets in her sniffs and gets in a little run, but once she's done walking she makes sure you're headed home.
A typical day
I love making sure dogs have enough time to play! Whether it's fetch, getting their zoomies out or a good game of tug o' war, we'll be sure to have fun!
Location
Glasgow, United Kingdom
Always available for a good game of fetch!
Pet care experience
Hello! I’ve grown up around dogs, and have taken care of them all my life. I grew up with a German Shepherd / Chow Chow, and have mostly recently lived with my parents and their terrier mix, both rescue dogs. My brother also has a beautiful (and powerful) German Shepherd. Additionally, I was a reliable pet sitter in Lyon, France for a time for both an English Bulldog and a small older dog, ranging from short mid-day walks to week long stays. While I don’t have a dog at the moment, I love being around dogs. I especially enjoy taking long strolls, throwing a ball or frisbee and playing tug of war.
Reviews

Gina, looked after our old dog Paddy. When we picked him up he was so settled and had obviously had a fab weekend Gina was so attentive to his needs and it made us so relaxed to leave him We will definetley be using Gina's service again and our old boy loved it.
Gina is a natural with dogs. She has spent a lot of time caring for and playing with my dog. When she first met him, he was a very shy and timid stray. Her approach was calm, gentle, and patient when first meeting him, letting him decompress and make the decision to interact with her. As he got older, he became a more confident (and naughty) dog and would excitedly meet Gina was jumps, licks, and barks. Gina knew the drill. She would turn away, not reward the behavior, and redirect him to toys. I didn’t even have to instruct her to do so. She’s a natural with dogs and knows how to meet them at their level. I’d trust Gina with my dog any day!
