Thank you for checking out my profile! I’m a Ph.D. student that’s passionate about pet care and making new furry friends :) ⭐️ I have experience with cats, dogs, rabbits and other small rodents, and some reptiles! Although I have the most experience with cats, I’m well-versed with animals of all kinds - different species, sizes, temperaments, personalities, and ages. ⭐️ I grew up and have been raised alongside cats all of my life! I petsit all the time for my friends and family and love doing so, and I have worked in residential buildings where interacting with/taking care of other people’s animals, especially cats and dogs, was part of my duties. ⭐️ I believe quick, responsive, and thorough communication is key (and I take a LOT of pictures/videos)! ⭐️ I’m always happy to accommodate the needs of both the owner and their pets, and I do my best to make sure the animals I look after are comfortable, happy, and well taken care of!

🏡 I have a go-bag of treats and toys to offer when I do check-ins at your home! I’m also very careful to follow instructions for pet care, as I know each animal has its own needs and routines. NOTE: All toys are disinfected and cleaned after every visit. I will always ask permission to bring treats and toys to your home - PLEASE NOTIFY ME if you would prefer me not to!

Gillian was great with my rather skittish cat, always playing with her and keeping her entertained. Gillian even brought fun new toys from her home. The video, photos, and detailed updates reassured me that all was well. And I returned to a very happy kitty and a home that was super clean. Gillian is the best!
Gillian is amazing! She provided great updates for us while we were away and I felt so at ease knowing she was taking care of our cat. Josie can take some time to warm up to people and is sometimes shy but she was very comfortable with Gillian right away so I knew she was in great hands. We appreciate all her updates and pictures.
Gillian was so thoughtful and went the extra mile taking care of my cats. She was super communicative with any issues that came up and made sure to spend ample time with them. She even left the house nice and clean by cleaning the litter boxes and tidying yo before I got back. I will definitely be booking Gillian again.
Gillian did a wonderful job caring for both of my babies. She was flexible and great with communication. She is also a pretty good pet photographer 💕

⏰ My schedule is pretty flexible - I teach online and usually work from home! Please feel free to ask for my availability on specific days/times :)
- CatsGillian can host up to 5 drop-ins per day
- 📝 Let me know if your pets have any special needs or if there are any specific instructions for care! This includes but is not limited to any allergies, behavioral triggers, health conditions, and administered medications. I want to be sure to provide top-quality care for your animal!
