I've been caring for dogs for nearly 20 years. Growing up with three family dogs taught me how to care for pets through every stage of life. From daily walks and playtime to swimming, feeding, and plenty of affection. I also grew up in a neighborhood full of dogs and regularly walked, checked in on, and cared for neighbors' pets while their families were away. Friends and family have continued to trust me with their pets over the years, and for four years I lived with my roommate's dog, helping with daily care and treating him like he was my own. I'm comfortable following routines, adapting to different personalities and energy levels, and making sure every pet feels safe, loved, and well cared for.

I understand that inviting someone into your home requires trust, and I don't take that responsibility lightly. I'll always respect your space, follow your pet's routine as closely as possible, and care for your home with the same attention and respect I would my own. My goal is to make your time away as stress-free as possible for both you and your pet. Whether that means sticking to feeding schedules, refreshing water, cleaning up after walks, scooping the litter box, or simply spending quality time with your pet, I'll make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for.

Gillian has watched my cat, Kevin, more times than I can count. I can’t recommend her enough! She treats him like he’s her own, and I never have to worry when I’m away because I know he’s getting the best care. She’s dependable, thoughtful, and a great communicator. Kevin adores her, and I’m so grateful to have someone I trust to care for him!
Gillian is my daughter so I may seem biased, but this is not that. Gillian is very responsible and takes care of the things that need to be done. She is a wedding photographer and talk about dealing with the pressure of getting the "Day Done Right" She loves animals and has grown up with several different species. She has 3 cats right now. Any Dog owner would be happy to have her as the Dog's sitter.
We think Gillian W is an excellent pet sitter/walker/care taker. She has shown several of our pets/dogs great care and love over the years. Always attentive to their needs. And she is fun! Loves to play and love on them.

Schedule
As a freelance photographer, I have a flexible schedule that allows me to dedicate plenty of time and attention to the pets in my care. I'm typically available Monday through Friday between 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. for walks and drop-in visits, and I'm often able to accommodate weekend requests as well. Whether your dog is ready for a long walk or your cat just needs some company and care while you're away, I'll make sure they feel safe, loved, and comfortable. You can also expect thoughtful updates and plenty of photos during each visit. I know how reassuring it is to see your pet happy while you're away!
