When I was a child, we adopted a 2/3 year old rescue dog and looked after him until he was around 14 years old. We adopted our most recent dog Toby from Montenegro. My first dog was a mostly straightforward dog but Toby had anxiety issues as well as separation anxiety so we're used to dogs with similar problems and understand how important it is to never leave them alone. Your dog will never be left alone whilst staying with us. We're comfortable administering medication (as Toby also had daily meds) and looking after your dog. Toby is unfortunately no longer with us as we had to put him so sleep so we'd love to give your doggy loads of love and cuddles! I am currently making our schedule available for school holidays as I work in a school.

Gill, her partner and their dog Toby were great company for our dog Max! They were attentive and reassuring, patient and relaxed, and sent us updates and cute photos throughout our vacation. When we returned, Max already felt completely at home there! Very warmly recommended :)

Schedule
I'll be making myself available during the school holidays where my boys will be in nursery so I'll be able to give your dog the full attention it needs.

We have a large garden that is currently unfenced but we plan on fencing it. Your dog will have access to all of the ground floor of our house.
A typical day
Happy to walk your dog as much as you'd like and there's a wide variety of walking areas in and around the village.
