Experienced animal foster!
Hi, my name is Gillian! I’m an experienced animal caretaker and foster parent, and I love caring for cats, dogs, and other pets. Cats: I’ve fostered kittens and cats for five years through the south LA rescue Kitty Bungalow. Many of these cats have had medical needs, so whether your cat just needs someone to cuddle, play with them, and feed them, or they need much more detailed attention, you can rest assured I can handle whatever you need while you’re gone. Dogs: I grew up with dogs, and I regularly dog-sit and walk for family and friends, as well as through Rover. I’m always sure to pay attention to every detail of the instructions you’ve provided, so whether your dog needs to stay away from other dogs, needs to keep up with certain training, or has any other specific needs, I’m here to help. Other animals: While I don’t have specific experience caring for other animals, I’m definitely open to it.

I always pay extra close attention to pets to make sure they’re feeling alright and cared for. I’m also sure to keep them away from anything potentially dangerous that they may get into.

Gillian is the best. She stayed at our place for a full week while we were out of town and took care of Oofy and Bruni like they were her own. She sent tons of pictures. She was great about checking in, answering questions, and responding right away if we reached out. The house was spotless when we got home, and both dogs were happy, calm, and clearly well cared for. No adjustment period, no weirdness, they just seemed like they’d had a great week. We’ll absolutely be booking her again and would recommend her to anyone.
Gillian took good care of my little man! I got lots of pictures and videos of him while I was away, which I appreciated so much. She was also very responsive. I knew Lenny was in good hands my entire trip. I can’t recommend Gillian enough!
Gillian was an awesome sitter. Cici seemed to really enjoy her time with her!

Schedule
I work remotely full time and have a very flexible schedule. I am available most times of day pending potential meetings that may come up.
