About Gillian B.
Communication
Dog skills
Safety, trust & environment
I am a homebody and down for nightly snuggles, and spend the majority of my spare time at home. I’m very patient & respectful of the time & space needed for anxious pets to warm up to me & know they are safe while I’m caring for them.
Information Gillian B. would like to know about your pet
I am pretty familiar with the quirks and behavioral differences amongst the various breeds. I am happy to accommodate any specific needs your pet may have, whether medical or behavioral. Messes are no big deal! I am there for your little one for whatever help they need.
A typical day
When not working a typical day during house sitting typically involves snuggles, play time and a couple of walks that allow them to sniff their little hearts out. I would like to know all of your habits together so I can maintain them as consistently as possible. On work days I leave early (7am), come back for lunch (I only accept requests within 10min from work) and then spend the rest of the evening with your pets, all about them! Another option for pets with some medical or anxiety management is that they can accompany me to work (I just need their current vaccinations). There are always staff pets at work so if you think your pet would do well in that environment that is also an option.

Experienced Veterinary Technician
Pet care experience
I am a licensed vet tech, I work 2 full & 2 half days a week (always Saturdays) at a privately-owned vet clinic in West Seattle. When I can I would love to spend some of my days and nights caring for your furry kiddos. I am comfortable with dogs of all ages and breeds. I can administer medications or manage any other special needs your pet may have.

Gillian took excellent care of my two kitties, catering to their little quirks are routines with loving precision! Thank you so much Gillian!

Gillian is amazing! Would definitely recommend her (and have done so) to my family and friends. She’s patient, flexible, and always communicates.

Very patient with my pup who is reactive. Also very reliable and knowledgeable.
