Experienced care for your fur baby
Husband and wife who have had pets most of our lives. Wife was a vet tech for over 10 yrs. We currently only have a lizard and snake and miss having dogs and cats to care for. Wife works about 5 hrs a week and has plenty of time to devote to your pets. We also have a household of several responsible pet loving teenagers to play with your pets and take them for walks.

Robin and Gilbert were great with our pup! They kept us in the loop with updates, and it was so clear our girl had the absolute best time during her stay.
Our cavapoo had a great time with Gilbert! We are especially grateful for the timely communication when our dog got into something he shouldn't have. We were informed immediately and we figured out a solution followed by close monitoring. Our dog is fine and I will have no hesitation to book again with Gilbert.
Gil and Robin were excellent! They treated my dog like I do, and let him become a true member of their family for a week. My boy was very happy and very well cared for!

This was our second time booking with Gilbert, and we couldn’t be happier! He and his family take such great care of Oz, and we love the personal attention he gets — plus the bonus trips to the gym. Gilbert will always be our first choice for pet sitting, and it should be yours too!
I really warmed to Gilbert and Robin when I met them and felt confident having them provide drop in care for my cats. Everything went well and I received photo updates. Will certainly use them again.

Schedule
Wife works only a couple days a week for 1-2hrs at a time and husband works from home 50%. We are available just about any day except on the rare occasion we’re out of town on a family trip.

Safety, trust & environment
We have a blended family with older children ready and willing to engage and play with your pets. Care in the home is usually a family effort when we care for friends pets as the kids love to be involved. Any walking services will be done by me or my husband.
A typical day
We are very active and our neighborhood has miles of trails and a pond. Your dog will be walked regularly every couple hours and for longer walks or runs if requested. We also have 24 hr access to a spacious gym where we often take our pet clients for exercise and making new friends
