Information Gigi C. would like to know about your pet
Please let us know anything important about your dog ahead of time, including any special needs, dietary restrictions or allergies, and how they are around people and other dogs. We also like to have your vet’s contact information on hand, just in case. For the safety of all dogs, we’re unable to accept dogs showing signs of contagious illness (such as coughing, sneezing, or eye/nasal discharge). If any symptoms develop during their stay, we’ll reach out right away—additional care may be needed, and in some cases extra charges may apply, or we may ask that arrangements are made for pickup or veterinary care.
A typical day
A typical day includes outdoor time, play, and plenty of downtime to relax. For dogs who enjoy it, we may include light walks or activity, but we keep the overall routine calm and balanced. The rest of the day is a mix of play, lounging, and time in the yard. I’m home throughout the day, so dogs get regular potty breaks, consistent attention, and a steady routine to help them settle in comfortably.

Pet care experience
Hi there! We’re Gigi & Nate! I work from home full-time, and together we only take a few dogs at a time, so every pup gets lots of attention in a comfortable, home environment🤍 We carry our own private pet care insurance (not just Rover’s standard protection). We also keep a consistent routine so everything feels easy for the dogs. We care for every dog together as a team. My husband Nate works at a local school and gets home early, so one (and often both) of us is home throughout the day. We help dogs get comfortable using our dog door so they can go in and out freely and keep their usual routine. We’ve worked with puppies as well and can help reinforce things like potty training, crate time, and settling into a new environment. We keep things relaxed and typically have up to 3 dogs at a time, so every dog has space to feel comfortable. We do a quick meet & greet beforehand to make sure it’s a good fit for everyone. Our setup works best for small to medium dogs. We have a fully fenced yard with a custom-built dog door, plus added safety features like anti-dig guards and front porch fencing for extra peace of mind. We also have cameras covering the backyard and main dog areas so we can keep a close eye on everyone. Inside, things are clean, cozy, and dog-safe, with floors and common areas kept clear so dogs don’t get into anything they shouldn’t. There’s also a fully enclosed indoor play area if separation is ever needed. ⸻ 🐾 Your pup will enjoy: – Small group – 24/7 dog door access to fenced backyard (fresh water always available) – Clean, dog-safe spaces (no kitchen access) – Separated during feeding to avoid conflicts – Daily walks or runs in a quiet neighborhood – Photo/video updates – Plenty of playtime and supervision (Healthy snacks like yogurt, berries, or pumpkin if you’re okay with it 😊) ⸻ We’re located right off the highway—Rochester’s last exit before Buffalo/Canada, only about 10 minutes from ROC Airport. I’m always quick to respond, and can be flexible with drop-off and pick-up times. We do ask for booking at least a week in advance so we can schedule a quick meet & greet 🤍

Gigi was amazing! 😊 My dog seemed happy and well-taken care of. I loved that she sent me pics of him throughout his stay there. Would definitely recommend

Gigi made us feel right at ease with leaving our puppy for the first time. She sent us a picture and made a custom set up for Barney outside so he could play with friends and explore! Will be booking in the future!

Gigi was great! This was Bean’s first time and ours. She made sure she got to know our sweet bean and make her comfortable before watching her. While watching her she gave cute updates and kept our girl happy. Will def be back!

Great experience; they were very communicative and my furry friend had a lovely time with the other dogs
