I work from home with a flexible schedule, which allows me to adjust to each dog’s individual needs and routine. I can provide toilet breaks as often as needed and give plenty of attention throughout the day. I live with my partner, who also grew up with a dog, and he works from home on Thursdays and Fridays - meaning your dog gets double the attention on those days, as well as in the evenings and on weekends!

I live in a very secure flat with at least two sets of doors that require a code, fob, or key to enter. I’m also located very close to several green spaces away from major traffic, including St George Park, Avonview Cemetery, Troupers Hill, and the Avon River. I only accept one dog at a time so that I can give your pet my full attention. I hace two small parrots (cockatiels), but they can easily be moved upstairs and kept out of sight if needed.

I’ve loved dogs since I was little and got my first dog - a Mittelschnauzer named Shakira - when I was seven. She was an amazing dog who taught me responsibility and the day-to-day needs of caring for a dog from an early age. Shakira could sometimes be nervous around other dogs and new people, and taking her on walks taught me how to pay attention to surroundings and distraction techniques to help her stay calm and enjoy her walks. I’m confident in handling daily dog care routines, and my flexible work schedule allows me to adapt to each dog’s individual needs and give them plenty of attention. I’m based very close to St George Park, which is a lovely place for walks, and I also live just two minutes from Avonview Cemetery - perfect for dogs that prefer quieter walks. I always try to be very flexible with drop-off and pick-up times and will do my best to adjust to your schedule!

Giedvile and her partner were just brilliant with Scarlett! They fitted us in last minute and looked after her amazingly. She came home happy and contentedly tired which is such a good sign as she is quite nervous around new people and can struggle to settle in. They also took the best pictures of her I’ve ever seen. We’d be super keen to book with Giedvile again and would highly recommend.
Giedvile was amazing with our dog - sending regular updates with pictures. He’s an anxious dog but warmed to her and was made to feel very comfortable and his anxiety was well managed. Would board our dog with Giedvile again and highly recommend to other uses of this platform!

I cannot fault Giedvile. Arwen stayed with her for a full week and she had an amazing time. Plenty of walks (even a hike), they played with her and the communication was wonderful. Lots of gorgeous pictures! Arwen has come home exhausted from a morning walk and I can't recommend Giedvile enough.
