Giana was fantastic! This was my first time using Rover and it was a last minute request, but she made the whole process smooth and easy. She even offered a meet and greet, and Malvin took to her immediately. Giana was incredibly attentive to Malvin, sent regular picture updates, and responded to my messages quickly. I highly recommend her to watch your fur baby and will definitely reach out to her again the next time I go away!

She’s one of the only people I fully trust to watch them. She pays attention to their personalities, their routines, and any little quirks that make them feel comfortable. Giana took such good care of my dog - he's currently passed out and snoring, which I feel he will be doing all week! He loved her dogs and played so well with them. She also sent a ton of pictures and even did a cute photo shoot!! I am so happy we found her!

I truly enjoy spending that time with them—whether it’s going on walks, giving them attention, or just being nearby so they don’t feel alone.
