Hey Y'all, Im Gigi. Thanks for taking the time to read my profile. I'm a devoted & passionate animal lover. While I primarily focus on dogs & cats, I have owned and cared for all types of critters. I've rescued hummingbirds & pitbulls & everything in between. I strongly focus on the Golden Rule & I will treat your beloved furry companions as I would my own. My philosophy & practices are positive reinforcement, no harm & no force. I believe in respecting their space & boundaries. I understand how hard it is to trust people with your beloved companions & seek to work with families who want to build a trusting relationship. I am very communicative & welcome/prefer cameras in homes. I’ve been a volunteer & approved foster thru APA! & APLF. I help street dogs & cats when I can. I also currently have 2 resident rescue pups from Austin & a street dog foster. I have a wide range of experience with all ages, sizes & temperaments; 8lb chimixes to 80+lb labs, hounds & bullies.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Gian! From the very beginning, she was friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. She took the time to understand my dog’s routine, personality, and needs, and treated my dog like a member of her own family. She was incredibly responsible and attentive, making sure my dog was comfortable, happy, and well cared for throughout the entire stay. Communication was excellent, and the regular updates, photos, and thoughtful messages gave me complete peace of mind while I was traveling. It was clear that my dog received plenty of love, attention, exercise, and companionship. My dog loved her little crew and came home happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for, which is really important to me. I am truly grateful for the wonderful care and would highly recommend Gian to anyone looking for someone trustworthy, dependable, and compassionate. I will definitely book boarding with her for my next trip. It´s so hard to find someone you trust with your dog, so I am glad I found Gian. Thank you!
Thank you, Gian for taking such good care of Fiona! Gian walks and spends time with my dog, like throwing the ball for her. I forgot to ask Gian to feed Fiona and she came back in to feed Fiona dinner. We both appreciate when Gian can come and take care of Fiona. We will be calling her again.
Gian has been the best dog walker! She was very interactive with my dog Tank and having him do little games with his treats to get him to be active. He loves every time she comes over to see him.
Gian O. Did an amazing job with my dog Tank and was always happy to see her. She made sure he stayed active and kept me updated on everything he did with pictures and videos which was great to see him while I was gone on vacation.
Gian took perfect care of my pup! She was on time, sent me cute photos to update me along the way, and made sure she was settled in before leaving. I would trust Gian with my pup any time.

Schedule
As of 8/2026: I am available M-Thursday 9/9:30am onward. Friday's: 9/9:30-6pm (occasionally I have commitments 7pm-9pm). Weekends I have more early morning flexibility. Please feel free to ask about specific times.

Safety, trust & environment
Safety & setting dogs up for success is paramount. I believe in the Golden Rule. I am a positive reinforcement, no harm, no force practitioner. I will follow the Clients instructions/expectations. All dogs must have proper fitting collars/harness. My dogs have access to go out every 2-4 hours & get minimum of two 20-30 min walks a day depending on the temperature & their needs. My dogs all get daily training & enrichment. I have a variety of enrichment toys (kongs, lickmats, puzzles, toppls, snuffle mats) for them as well. I respect the limits of the pets in my care.

In collaboration with the clients wishes I will offer enrichment activities based on what the individual dogs enjoy; that could include fetch, walks, puzzles & nose work.

- IMPORTANT: Please read before booking! I believe strongly in safety & setting dogs & cats up for success. I want to build trust with all the fur-clients & respect their time & energy. All dogs must be up to date on rabies - proof will be required before any bookings. Please make sure the animals profile has pictures & a proper breed & weight. They will also require proper fitting collars and harnesses as well as suitable leashes for the breed. PAID - Meet & Greet is required in advance. Please book a 30 min drop in so we can all meet in a calm reassuring environment with your beloved animals. The reason for this is for the dogs comfort and safety. All meet & greets will require a short convo & walk with the owners & I will walk care for your dog the remainder of the time. This is to create a positive association for the animal. If after the first meet and greet you book me for additional care, I will discount my rate $5 each for the next 3 bookings. Thank you!
