My name is Gia and I’ve just moved from Austin, Tx to Indy! I’ve always have a soft spot for animals.I try to befriend any pet I meet Ive been on rover for 2 years now and love the pets ive met! I’ve been pet sitting for 10+years. I love my fur baby, J.R., and all my family/friends fur babies. I’m always here to lend a hand! I understand finding a sitter can be tough! Plus making sure you and your pet likes and trusts them is very important. I hope to build that bond with you and your fur baby!

When staying in the home I will often send updates on what the babies and I are up to. When checking in I always send pictures. I love treating the pets to fun outings, or special treats while im caring for them! Any concerns or slight behavioral changes, I will message family. I’m constantly stream lining communication. With cats I tend to offer play or cuddles depending. I never want to stress the cat out so I definitely am spacious when first sitting for a cat. Thats why meet and greet with kitties are a MUST! Dogs I offer walks, outside time/ play time, and cuddles. I have yet to meet a dog that doesn’t like me (ᵔᴥᵔ)

My wife and I had just recently moved to Austin and had no family or friend to care for our cats for when we were traveling outside the state. We were hesitant about having a stranger watch our cats because of a bad experience in the past, but Gia erased all those concerns. She showed immense patience with our 9-year-old temperamental calico, Pixel, to the point we’d see Pixel on cam waiting for Gia’s daily arrival with string toy nearby, and she did an amazing job making certain, Grandpa (our other cat, not a random elderly man that we hired for her to also care for) received his medicine as well as plenty love and affection in our absence. When a family member of ours had a stroke and we had to take an emergency trip to California we didn’t hesitate to reach out to Gia again. She was amazing with our fur babies and great at communicating how the cats were doing and any concerns she may have had. She would send us plenty of pictures to reassure us they were doing well, and we knew they we’re safe in her hands. 10 out of 10 would recommend and hire again.
