Ghassan was great. He is realiable, clearly experienced with dogs, and provided constant updates throughout the time he was with Mucha. I definitely recommend him and will book again should he be available! :)
I had a really great experience and would happily book with him again! He was warm, reliable, and very easy to communicate with, and I immediately felt comfortable leaving my dog in his care. Most importantly, she seemed very comfortable and relaxed with him and was clearly well looked after. It’s such a good feeling to know your dog is in caring and trustworthy hands. Highly recommended!
Our dog Abby was very happy to stay with Ghassan…he sent us pictures during the stay and as we took her home again, she seemed very relaxed. And Ghassan was very spontaneous of the Take-and Bring time because of delays of our flight. 🙂…i was feeling comfortable because I knew, she is in good hands. ❤️

It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Ghassan! From the very beginning, Ghassan was incredibly flexible, professional, and caring. He came to meet Matcha twice before our trip so she could get to know him. Matcha is very afraid of strangers, so I was really impressed by how patient and gentle he was with her. Once we traveled, he did an amazing job helping her feel comfortable. They quickly became friends, and he sent us photos of Matcha playing and enjoying her time every day, which gave us so much peace of mind. I no longer feel worried about traveling because I know that Ghassan is there and that Matcha will be in good hands whenever I’m away. Thank you so much, Ghassan, for all the time, effort, patience, and care you gave to a strong-willed dog like Matcha! 🐾❤️ I truly wish you continued success, and I highly recommend you to anyone looking for someone trustworthy, professional, and genuinely caring to look after their dog.💚

I have an open schedule with the majority ofmy time dedicated to perfecting my B1-level German in glorious Vienna while pursuing my higher studies, so animal-care is a top priority.
