Gessika is a sweetheart and we’d happily hire her again. She watched our dog and two cats for 10 days and gave them lots of love. It was such peace of mind knowing our fur babies were being well taken care of while we were out of town.

Previous stay was excellent, which is why this was so disappointing. We booked overnight house sitting about a month in advance. Five days before our trip, Gessika said she had accidentally double-booked, but then assured us the conflict had been resolved and she could still provide overnight care sine the overlap was just one night. The first morning of our trip, our Ring camera showed she had left our home the previous evening and never returned overnight. When contacted, she admitted she had actually double-booked the entire weekend. Our dog, who was supposed to be receiving overnight care, was left alone in his crate for approximately 12 hours. We had to spend part of our vacation working with Rover to find emergency replacement care. When we got home, we found our dog had urinated in his crate. Scheduling mistakes happen, but the dishonesty about the extent of the double-booking is what concerns me most. We paid for overnight house sitting and did not receive the service that was promised. I would not book again.

We couldn’t be happier with the care Gessika provided for our pets while we were away. From the moment we met her, we felt confident that our fur babies were in good hands, and she exceeded every expectation. She took wonderful care of all of our pets, giving them love, attention, and patience while maintaining their routines and making them feel safe and comfortable while we were away. One of our biggest concerns was our recently adopted dog, Tofu, who has only been with us for about six weeks. We were thrilled to hear how sweet and well-adjusted she was with Gessika. Knowing that Tofu felt comfortable and secure speaks volumes about Gessika’s calm, caring nature and ability to connect with animals. When we returned home, not only were our pets happy and relaxed, but our home was absolutely immaculate. It was such a wonderful feeling to walk through the door and see that everything had been cared for so thoughtfully. Gessika is reliable, communicative, trustworthy, and clearly has a genuine love for animals. We were able to enjoy our vacation knowing our pets were receiving exceptional care. We would not hesitate to book with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone who will treat their pets and home as if they were her own.
