I currently live in the centre of town do not have pets. My pet care is limited to many video calls with family back in South Africa, asking for FaceTime with my dogs before I catch up with anyone else. When I am with my animals it it part of my life constantly. I’m quite naturally aware of them whether it’s to check on a water bowl or see what they’re up to.

My home is not allowed pets currently so I’d be looking to petsit where the pet is home. I’m someone who is used to pets being allowed on really any furniture and make sure they are always wrapped in a blanket depending on the weather. However, I know that certain households are not maintained this way so would be respectful of each home’s rules.

A typical day
Making sure they get enough exercise by taking them out in the garden or for a stroll. If they enjoy a ball or toy bringing that along too. I also love to teach pets tricks and play with them.

Pet care experience
I have 5 rescue dogs back home in South Africa with 2 who started off as fosters. I have volunteered at dog shelters since I was 13 and worked at a veterinary clinic in high school behind reception and sat in on some procedures. All of my dogs are incredibly different so I am used to a range of temperaments. Whether that is a very reserved nature or an animal that’s had a traumatic start, I feel very comfortable making sure they feel safe and looking after them. My mom has a Netflix show about the reward of rescuing animals and how they can influence our lives. I’m looking to walk, pet sit, and/or pop in to feed animals in the area. I would love to meet your furry children ☺️

Georgina was absolutely brilliant with our Mabel girl, we had updates throughout the day and we came home to one happy tired pup!
This couple are AMAZING! I have the most nervous, sensitive cat and he fell head over heels in love with this wonderful couple. They were gentle, they were careful and they did everything I asked and more. I had some wonderful updates and to see my cat who is so nervous so happy made my heart happy. I cannot wait to book them again and so thankful for everything they did this weekend!
Georgie is incredible with animals. I highly recommend her to anyone. Whether it's a hamster or a horse, she is one of the most animal-loving people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Her attention to detail and dedication to your fur babies will not disappoint you. I would not trust anyone more to look after my animals than her.
