Pet care experience

Experienced Dog sitter in Moabit

With 6+ years of hands-on experience caring for dogs and cats of every kind, small breeds, large breeds, seniors, puppies, dogs with disabilities, every pet gets treated like their own little individual, quirks and all. I hold a certified dog first aid certificate and I'm currently working toward BHD certification (Germany's professional association for dog walkers), so your pet is always in safe, caring hands. I try to make things easy for you, too: warm, clear communication with at least two updates a day (plus plenty of photos), flexible scheduling built around your pet's needs, and pickup/drop-off (for an extra fee) whenever it helps. I've been dog-obsessed since before I could walk, and over the past two years I've loved working as a pet sitter and dog walker right here in the area, building real friendships with local pets and their owners. My long-term goal is to open my own doggy day care in Berlin, you see this isn't just a side gig. Every stay includes: - A freshly cleaned home - Surveillance camera for extra peace of mind - Food and water bowls - A few treats and toys for playtime to keep things fun And of course plenty of love and patience If you want someone who treats your pet like family from the very first meet-and-greet, I'd love to hear from you. 💙

Georgia is doing such a great job with Kobe! She was right on time and communication was quick and easy, no back-and-forth needed. Kobe came back totally relaxed after the walk, which tells me he was in good and experienced hands. Highly recommend!

Georgia did an amazing job walking Kobe! She was punctual, attentive, and clearly has a great rapport with dogs. Kobe came back happy and tired, which is always a good sign! I really appreciate her professionalism and care. Highly recommend Georgia to anyone looking for a reliable and loving dog walker/sitter!

Schedule

Pet sitting is a core part of my week, not a side gig — so here's the honest breakdown of my schedule. On Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays, I work another job, under 20 hours a week in total, spread across these three days, which means your pup may be on their own for up to 5 hours during the day. Because of this, it's important that your dog is comfortable spending some time alone, please make sure this fits your pet's comfort level before booking on those days. The rest of the week, I'm out working as a dog walker in the area, and if your pup is the social type, they're welcome to tag along on these walks for some extra sniffs and playtime. Beyond that, I'm fully flexible, up to three walks a day (morning, midday, and evening), plus daycare and overnight stays, all built around what your dog needs.

Safety, trust & environment

Your pet's safety and comfort are always my top priority, whether they're staying at my place or I'm visiting yours. My home gets a full clean before and after every stay, so your pup always arrives to a fresh, happy space. Location-wise, we're spoiled for choice — I live right next to Fritz-Schloß-Park, home to one of the few proper off-leash dog parks in Berlin, with the Spree and Tiergarten just a short stroll away.

A typical day

Every day with me is tailored to your pet's personality. We usually start with a morning walk to the dog park for some sniffing, playing, and socializing, followed by some downtime — cuddles, maybe a nap, and a treat or two. Midday might mean a stroll along the Spree or through Tiergarten, or some interactive games at home if your pet prefers to keep things low-key. Afternoons are built around whatever they enjoy most — fetch, tug-of-war, or simply lounging together — with belly rubs guaranteed throughout the day. Every pet gets a different approach: high-energy dogs get plenty of room to burn off energy, shy or anxious pups get extra patience and gentle encouragement, and cats get their space, playtime, and as many chin scratches as they'll allow. The goal is always the same — a happy, tired, well-loved pet by the end of the day.

Clear communication from day one is important to me, so before every stay I like to learn as much as I can about your pet, including: Routine: meal times, walk schedule, nap preferences, bedtime rituals Personality: how they are with new people and other dogs, and any fears or triggers I should know about Health & special needs: medications, allergies, dietary restrictions, or anything else that keeps them happy and healthy House rules: what's allowed, what's off-limits, favorite toys, and comfort items Emergency prep: please have your pet's passport/vaccination documents on hand, along with two emergency contact numbers in case I'm unable to reach you
Each sitter joining Rover needs to pass a background check. And by booking on Rover, you can get photo & message updates, 24/7 support, and reimbursement for eligible vet care.
