Experienced dog sitters for all dog types!
Hello, we are George and Sophie, husband and wife. Our journey as dog sitters began with looking after our friend's dog, and thanks to the positive experience, we set up an account on Rover and have been dog sitting ever since! We live in a spacious, dog friendly home with a fully fenced garden. There is plenty of room for your dog to feel comfortable inside and outside our house. We don’t have any children or pets of our own, so your dog will get our full attention.

Ellie is not used to being left with anyone but seems to have settled well. Regular updates through the day were provided and great to receive. Can now consider further stays and a holiday!
Good communication My dog had a great time at his taster session where he slept over night to get used to staying over at there house for when we go away. Teddy was very happy when he got picked up and we could tell he had a good time
Pipi had a great time with George and Sophie! Plenty of walks, ball time and she was sad to leave when I came to pick her up. I’d use George and Sophie again without a shadow of doubt.
I am incredibly happy George and Sophie they took wonderful care of my dog, Nancie while I was away. They sent me daily updates with photos and videos, which gave me great peace of mind. Nancie seemed absolutely thrilled to be with the pet sitter and even enjoyed their walks and playdates with other dogs. I would highly recommend George and Sophie to anyone looking for a reliable and loving dog sitter I will definitely book her in again.
George and Sophie looked after our cockapoo Barney recently and I must say they were both so friendly and caring . They welcomed Barney into their home and took the time to find out his usual routine . Barney is quite a nervous dog and they made him feel at ease. George kept us updated throughout his stay and provided us with photos which reassured us . We will definitely be asking George and Sophie to care for Barney again and would highly recommend .
George & Sophie took such good care of Dottie. She had never been left anywhere overnight and I had been nervous to leave her anywhere. However, she settled down well, and had a lovely time, when I picked her up I could see she felt at home and had been looked after well. George sent me lots of photos and let me know how Dottie was throughout the time she was there. An extra effort was made to ensure Dottie maintained her usual routine, which again helped her feel secure. Leaving our dog with George & Sophie has really put my mind at rest for the future if we need a dog sitter. I would strongly recommend!

Schedule
George works from home Monday-Friday, and Sophie works from home Wednesday and Friday, so there is always someone around to give plenty of fuss and attention.

We have looked after all kinds of dogs, from playful puppies to senior dogs who need a bit of extra care, as well as both small and large breeds. We also have experience with reactive and anxious dogs. We are experienced in sticking to routines (e.g walking and feeding times), managing different energy levels, and making sure every dog feels comfortable and happy!
A typical day
We will always have a meet and greet with you and your furry friend for any bookings, to allow both yourself and your dog know where they will be staying. We are both really active and love our walks, so your dog will get plenty of exercise and fresh air. We always stick to any house rules or routines you have got in place to keep things as normal as possible for your dog.
