Availability
As a recently-retired professional I have plenty of time to care for your pet. I own a home with a large fenced in yard, which is wonderful for playing and exploring. I reside in a very walkable/dog-friendly neighborhood. I am available for boarding on weekends and weekdays after 1:00 PM. I am open to walking pets and daily drop-ins as well.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a large enclosed yard and occasionally pet sit for my children's dogs. Their dogs (Forgie and Greta) are friendly and comfortable being around other dogs. My house is clean, quiet, and peaceful. Southern exposure provides sunlit, cozy spaces for your dogs to enjoy. I have mini-split AC to keep your pup cool on hot summer days.

Information Geoffrey R. would like to know about your pet
If your dog has any special needs or behaviors to be aware of, please let me know ahead of time. For example, let me know if your dog is friendly with other dogs or has any dietary restrictions.
A typical day
If you decide to trust me with your pet, I will have lots of activities to keep them engaged and active throughout the day. Activities include: Interactive Playtime: Use toys like balls, frisbees, and tug ropes for active play sessions. Nature Walks: Take pets on scenic walks or hikes to explore new environments. Pet-Friendly Outings: Visit pet-friendly cafes, parks, or beaches for a change of scenery. Socialization: Arrange playdates with other pets to encourage social interaction. Of course, if your dog is older and would prefer to chill and relax in between activities, I have a nice cushy couch and a big flat screen TV!

Reviews

Very patient with my Weimaraner puppy who is working through getting to know people!

Geof is the best! He’s always amazing with out dog, she doesn’t miss us at all ha!

Geoffrey was an excellent host for our boy Bodie. He was very responsive and sent plenty of photos and videos throughout the stay. Bodie seemed to have lots of fun running around the backyard and playing fetch! We would definitely recommend booking with Geof!

We are so glad we found Geof! Gracie’s favorite place is home…. But we weren’t worried at all while she stayed with Geof for the week. Geof and his wife made sure Gracie felt right at home. We appreciated the daily photos and check-ins and appreciate how you really care about your doggy guests. Thank you!
