Hi, I'm Gentry! I'm a stay at home mom with lots of love and attention for your pet! We are a family who LOVES dog sitting. I have 5 girls who adore animals and we will make sure your pet receives the care and attention they deserve. We also have a friendly dog (Kai) who likes having friends over ;) Your pet's comfort and happiness is our utmost importance. We play outside and go for walks daily and would love to include your pet in our daily adventures! We’ve been dog sitting on Rover since 2020 and can handle any situation that comes up. We are VERY flexible! I am usually home all day with my girls and can easily accommodate on short notice. Your pet will be included as part of the family and come along with us on our daily adventures wether it’s school lessons, tea time, picnics outside, dance parties, walks down the road, reading by the fire, or cuddling during quiet time. We will treat your pet like part of the family (they might even have some chores haha). We live on 1 gorgeous acre in Auke Bay with lots of room to play . My children are gentle and respectful and will be happy playmates with your pet. We can crate if desired and will set up a special place to make sure your pet feels right at home. We also have a quiet room to keep your pet it they require a more calm atmosphere. During your pets stay with us, there will be a variety of toys, balls, treats, hair brushing tools to make their experience more enjoyable. Please bring enough food for their entire stay and let us know how much to feed them. We don’t want to overfeed or underfeed your loved one :)

Gentry and her family were so great with our dog, Maggie! I was so nervous to leave her with a stranger for the week but the moment I met her and her family I knew Maggie was in great hands! I got daily photo updates on Maggie and she looked like she was having the time of her life. I’m fact, she seems a little sad to be home with us! ? I’m so relieved to have someone to watch Maggie in the future and not feel guilty about leaving her because she was so well loved by Gentry and her family!
This was our first experience using rover.com and it was very positive. Gentry had excellent communication and was great to work with. She sent many updates and pictures about how our dog was doing. I felt that our dog had excellent care while we were away and I would use Gentry again next time!
Gentry and her family were such a delight to watch Ollie for the evening. Gentry kept me updated with photos and Ollie was all tuckered out when I picked him up the next day. Thanks again! ☺️
Gentry and her kids were so great with my puppy Gladys. Sent pictures and updates daily. Fantastic family to look after her for the week I was out of town.

Schedule
I am usually home all day and can easily attend to the needs of your pet with full attention. And I've got lots of helpers who are up for the job ;)

We love to be outside. Our family will be sure to spend lots of quality time playing outside, going for walks, giving lots of attention, reassurance, and belly rubs. Just let us know what your pet loves best and we will be sure to make them feel at home.
