I would pefer to have a meet and greets before i take your dog into my care.I would like to know if your dog is aggressive towards people or ohter dogs or if they need medicine,who there vet is in case of emergency.
A typical day
I will give them tearts and play with their toys . Let them out for potty bernks and they will have a great day in my care and play games. Also I follow the dog's lead in what they what to do during their time with me.

I am very punctual and trustworthy and patient with animals. I love all kinds of animals. I have lived in the Oak Hill area my whole life. We have 4 dogs and 3 cats now, and I help out with the pets of friends and family and also volunteer at Austin Pets Alive 😀. I also earned my gold status at Austin Pets Alive and completed vet assistant school at ACC.

Unfortunately my first Rover booking did not go as planned - the sitter took my key home with her the first day and then claimed to have lost my key in my parking lot the second day and took my dog to her house without me confirming that this was okay. When talking with my neighbor, she called out to me that the "walk" did not make it out of the parking lot and the Rover card confirmed that there was really no distance covered. I think if any of these things had been a single isolated incident it would have been completely understandable, but the fact that 3 things happened during 2 walks makes me wary to use Rover again. My dog is now safe and home which is the most important thing at the end of the day, but the situation did cause a lot of unnecessary stress for me.
I feel so lucky to have found Genna! She’s so sweet with my dogs, is super responsive, detail-oriented and all around very trustworthy. I love how communicative she is and all the fun pictures and updates. I cannot recommend her highly enough. I’ll be booking her for future vacations and dog walks!
Genna always does such a great job with our pup. What I appreciate most is the detailed summary and pictures/videos at the end of each visit. Super reliable as well! Thanks Genna
