I feel bad giving this review, but I feel worse for my dog. I’ve had Chai for a month and a half & she has gone to stay with friends & family for a day or two, but not an entire weekend so I tried to chunk it up to that, but no. I was told that I would not get pictures as often b/c of cell service, so it was expected, but when I went for pick up, I was shown a video of my puppy in her cage w/ her harness on & whining. When I picked her up, she let me know I needed to get her a flea bath. As I’m actively looking at her, I see multiple fleas so I ask if she saw any & Genil told me 1 or two. When I put her in the car, I saw that she was covered & once I got her home & in the tub, they were literally crawling out of her fur. She does NOT have accidents in the house or her cage, but when she got home, she both peed & pooped in her cage (which led me to believe she’s been created longer than normal). She did tell me she didn’t have her last meal (even though she was scheduled to eat 2hrs before p/u), but when she got home, she didn’t want to leave her cage to eat & was visibly shaking. I see a lot of great reviews & maybe Genil had a lot on her plate w/ the other animals that she was caring for, but I was not satisfied with the service. I didn’t expect the care that I give, but I also didn’t expect to p/u a dirty puppy w/ fleas & half of her food still unopened (she has no issues eating at all).

Great job, she took her time to explain everything and send me pictures and updates with messages about my dogs. She did a wonderful job I definitely will use her again.
