My cats adore her. I was initially concerned about my shy cat Patrick, who often gets lonely when I’m away, but I was delighted to learn that he quickly warmed up to her. He even felt comfortable enough to sit on her lap for a while.
Every time Gen takes care of our cat while we are away we’re so confident he will be well cared for, thanks again for letting him cuddle trap you and being his favourite person while we are unable to fill the role!
Gen took wonderful care of our cat while we were away. He can take time to feel safe with new people but Gen won him over super fast, and it means a ton to know he was well tended to in our absence. We will absolutely use Gen again in the future 😊
Geneviève a très bien pris soin de Jambon et de Patrick. J’étais contente d’apprendre que Patrick, qui est habituellement très timide, s’était montré très affectueux envers elle. Elle s’est assurée de me tenir au courant et a accordé une grande attention à mes chats. Ils étaient heureux à mon retour. Je la recommande fortement.
Gen has been doing drop-in visits for my two dogs on the days I’m in the office, and it has been such a relief knowing they’re in great hands. She shares updates after each visit, complete with pictures, so I know my pups are getting exercise, care and attention while I’m away 💕
Genevieve was great, she’s friendly and was supportive towards my dog’s needs. I received lots of updates and pictures everyday which I am extremely thankful for. She was always quick to reply and I came home to a very happy dog. Overall I’m extremely satisfied with the service and I will definitely be using her again.
