Hey there im not taking new jobs at this time due to a knee injury that should be healed in may-june of 2026 Hi, I’m Genevieve a full-time pet caregiver and a nutritional medical student currently going into fall term. Next term (middle of March) I will be at school a max 4 hours and only 2x a week at that volume. This term I will be in class 5x a week up to 6 hours. I’ve worked with dogs of all sizes and temperaments, from bouncy puppies to wise seniors. But at this time I am not offering training.

Outside of dogs, I’ve trained horses and cared for just about every creature you can imagine: goats, cows, cats, reptiles, small birds, rodents — and yes, even spiders. If it has fur, feathers, scales, or extra legs, I’ve probably cared for it (and genuinely enjoyed it). No need to worry about your quirky or high-needs pet — I have the experience and the calm presence to help them feel safe and seen.

Genevieve was a fantastic house sitter for our pup! Each day she shared pictures and detailed updates about their day, how our pup was eating and sleeping and his activity. She was so thoughtful about how she left the house, even vacuuming so everything was all set when we arrived home. Our pup clearly enjoyed her company and care!
Genevieve is awesome! She's sat for us a few times and taken great care of our dogs, chickens and geese. She went above and bring and fixed a hole in our fence and found missing chickens. She's not shy to ask questions to make sure she understands everything. She and her partner are thoughtful and caring of our house and animals. We get tons of updates and photos and are never left wondering if everyone is OK. I highly recommend her!
Genevieve is the best! Fury loved her and was exhausted after their walk, exactly what was needed. Fury will definitely want to see Auntie Genevieve again in the future!
I had Gen watch my dog Lucy for two weeks at my house. Every morning, I woke up to heartwarming photos of my golden. They went on walks, they played, and every day Lucy Lu was tired and happy. Having a medical student was a huge upgrade from the last Rover I had because she was super attentive to everything, her eating times, her water consumption, even her potty breaks were noted in detail. She cares so much, and Lucy was so sad to watch her go. I have not needed a sitter in a while, but I am going to have her start doing walks just because Lulu perks up so much hearing her name! She really loves animals and is such a sweet, kind young girl.
Genevieve came and watched my cat for two weeks while I was on vacation with my partner in Ireland. She was so amazing! She made sure his litter box was clean, sent me pictures of him loving the sun and playing so I was able to enjoy my vacation peacefully. She even went so far as to use her own pans, TP, and paper towels which I told her she did not need to do. She even washed the sheets in the guest room after her stay and made the bed before leaving. Truly a delight to have her watch my tini man (who can really be a handful at times). Will absolutely ask her to come again the next time we travel.

Whether your dog is shy, strong-willed, extra cuddly, or needs a little extra patience, I’ve got you covered. I’m confident with big breeds, experienced with nervous pups, and completely unfazed by complicated routines or diets. I’ve administered medications in many ways (thankfully not squeamish), and I’m happy to follow detailed feeding or supplement instructions exactly as needed. I stay observant and use gentle redirection to help with unwanted behaviors, always adjusting my approach to fit your pet’s comfort and personality.
