I currently work a part time, remote job so I'm home most of the time. I tend to be more of a night owl than an early riser but can accommodate most schedules.

I have a fenced backyard and baby gates around my home to keep animals in certain areas as needed. I have 2, 70ish pound lab mixes who get along well with other dogs. I also have 5 indoor cats (and 1 outdoor) who are very dog savvy. There are a few steps to get into home and steps to get into yard. At your home, I will treat it as my own with the upmost respect and follow whatever plan you may need for your pets. I understand leaving your fur kids and home behind can be stressful and I strive to make it as relaxed and comfortable as possible.

I'm happy to accommodate all kinds of pets, even those with special needs and medications. Please be upfront and clear about what your pets needs and enjoys and I will do everything I can to provide them a comfortable stay. In my home: I can accept dogs up to about 60 pounds. Prefer crate trained, potty trained, cat/dog tolerant. Please be current on vaccines and flea control. No dogs with history of harming small animals please!
A typical day
I'm happy to play a favorite game or take dogs on walks as needed. I do appreciate if dogs are leashed trained, especially large breeds, if you would like me to walk them. Also happy to just hang out and have lazy days for the more quiet pet kiddos.

I'm Evie and I'd love to meet you and your fur family! I've worked a as Certified Veterinary Technician for over 15 years, including over a decade in veterinary emergency and critical care. I'm very comfortable giving medications, administering SQ fluids and performing other minor medical needs. I love pets of all kinds, and they seem to love me! I have done house sitting and some boarding in my home off and on for many years, so I'm comfortable with either. I treat your fur kids and home as I would my own. If medications or other treatments are needed, there may be a nominal fee based on the time and ease of routine.
