I live in a very secure, quiet apartment building with a fenced off patio, which will keep your dog safe! Your pup’s safety is my top priority, so I will make any accommodations needed to ensure you feel good about leaving them in my care. I do not leave any food open on countertops, and will only feed your pet what is specifically meant for them. When walking, I try my best to avoid overly busy roads and look out for anything on the walk-route that could potentially be harmful to the dog. Depending on the breed, I will also make sure to time walks accordingly, making sure your pet doesn't over-exert themselves.

Please let me know how your pet tends to be around other animals. I do have other pets in my home, including one cat and one dog. Both are great with others, however, I understand completely if your pet has different needs. Letting me know beforehand helps me better figure out how to accommodate them. Additionally, other dogs during walks tend to be more friendly than others. If you would prefer your dog doesn't interact with others in environments like those, that will also help me plan our walk routes accordingly.
A typical day
I like to conform my day around the dogs schedule, meaning I will match the dogs energy throughout the day. If you dog wants to be lazy, let’s be lazy! But if your dog wants to play, we’ll play tons of fun games, like fetch, wrestling (if your dog allows), etc. No matter what you dog wants to do, I guarantee they’ll have a great time!

Pet care experience
I have 2 years of professional pet sitting experience, however, I have been taking care of dogs since I was 10 years old. Not only does that include my own dogs, but friends’ dogs as well. I know the ins-and-outs of keeping them well cared for and happy, which includes frequent walks, feeding, playing, and much more! Back home, I own a French Bulldog and a Samoyed. I have owned a total of three dogs in my lifetime, and therefore have experience taking care of young puppies to adult dogs, even elderly pups. I also have experience with different breeds of all kinds! From stubborn huskies, to energetic Labradors, to calm Pitbulls. Additionally, owning a French Bulldog, I know that certain dogs have specific needs. I am more than happy to cater to whatever needs those might be. My goal is make sure your fur babies return happy and healthy, and you walk away feeling satisfied with their care. Hope you’re ok with tons of pictures! Once you book with me, my home becomes your pet’s home for the duration of their stay. I hope to hear from you soon!

Geneva took good care of our house and two border collies for almost a month. Our dogs are energetic and need plenty of play and exercise. And she was up to the job. She is amazing! She even extended her stay when our flights were cancelled and we had trouble getting back home. We highly recommend her for house- and dog-sitting.
