I prioritize each pet's safety, comfort, and routine. Before providing care, I review the owner's instructions regarding feeding schedules, medications, exercise needs, and any special requirements. I ensure pets have fresh water, a clean environment, and plenty of attention and enrichment. In a client's home, I respect their routines and keep pets in familiar surroundings to reduce stress. I monitor pets for any changes in behavior, appetite, or health and communicate updates regularly with the owner.
