Genesis stayed in communication and sent pictures. Abby had a medical situation happen while I was away, which Genesis had dealt with before this, so she knew exactly what to do and kept me informed of the situation. When I returned to my house it was as I left it (and that was a first) so I appreciated that. I will definitely use her again.
