We had some good experiences with this sitter, but the last time, our dog came home with 50+ fleas. There had to be countless fleas at the home or in the yard for this many to attack our dog in only a couple days. We always fully check her before sending her to the sitter and keep her up-to-date on flea protection. The fleas are dying due to the treatment we use, but our dog is distressed from the experience. The sitter denied seeing anything; though, we could see it almost immediately upon pickup and, and she also denied our request to make things right through a refund.

We left our Yorkiepoo Puddin with Genesis for three nights. I was a little concerned about leaving because we recently moved and Puddin has had a lot of changes taking place! But I didn't need to worry. Genesis and her family loved and took such good care of Puddin . . . and kept us posted with pics. We wondered if Puddin would want to come back home! LOL We will definitely want to make this Puddin's home away from home.

I’m so happy I found Genesis. She’s the sweetest and most attentive dog sitter for my spoiled dog. Her family is just lovely and I know my baby is safe and happy with her. I use her every time we go out of town because we know she’s in good hands🩷

I had the best vacation because I knew my dog was safe, loved and cared for. She’s extra clingy and needy and Genesis made sure to make her feel at home & give her extra attention. Her family was wonderful and so good to my baby. Can’t wait to start planning trips now that I found the perfect sitter.
