I've had my dog his whole life (17 years) but I've actually been a caretaker for my entire life. I'm the eldest sibling, first grandchild, therefore the oldest of all of my cousins & I have babysat all of them (and their pets) through all stages of young life. I'm used to taking care of animals & kids. I used to volunteer at an animal shelter as a kid in Pennsylvania, and thus far there isn't a single animal that I've come to contact that I don't like! These days, I do a lot of pet & house sitting for my artist friends and family (ranging from just a walk a day to over a week of living with their pets.) I have experience with older animals with medical needs, and I've even taken over for friends who were pet sitting themselves but couldn't handle the difficulties of living in a small space with a large teething puppy. A couple of years ago (right before the pandemic) one of my favorite neighborhood cats brought my to her newborn kittens, and I took it upon myself to feed & house her & the babies until they were ready for adoption (and they're all safe and happy with their individual families). Even the mom eventually got spayed & adopted.

We got just the right amount of pictures and video, enough to see she was having her best life but not an overwhelming number that interrupted our vacation. Our pup had itchy ears and she informed us immediately and asked what she could do. When it persisted, she came up with options that were safe and helpful. Second time our pup has stayed with her, definitely our go-to sitter from now on
Genesis & her family were absolutely amazing in every way! They treated my dog like a princess, even getting her a Christmas gift. They took her in as part of the family & kept me constantly updated on how Callie was doing. I am so grateful for how well they all cared for her. Callie definitely misses the special treatment & friendship she made with Genesis’ doggie, Leo! Thank you so much again!!
Genesis was great with Autumn/Mila. She was very flexible, responsible and very loving with my dog. I would definitely have her stay again. Thank you! I felt very comfortable leaving my dog in her caring hands!
Genesis watched our two dogs and stayed at our apartment for a week. She came to our apartment about a week before we left to meet them and that really put our minds at ease! Our dogs aren’t the easiest in the world (very high energy and slightly leash aggressive), and she handled them like a champ! While we were away, she sent us frequent updates and photos/videos, which was so nice and reassuring. Our dogs absolutely fell in love with her and had the best time in her care.
Genesis is an absolute treasure. She has watched my cat on multiple occasions, taking the utmost care of the little feline with so much love. She is flexible, responsible, and communicative. Again and again, I feel 100% at ease with Genesis watching my pet and my home, sometimes for weeks at a time. Hire Genesis, you'll be glad you did.
Genesis is a wonderful pet sitter. She is kind and loving and my dog gravitates towards her. He adores spending time with her and we trust her very much. She has done some overnight and long stays with out pup and she always keeps us informed and keeps him on schedule. We always love having her care for our Leo.

Schedule
I'm a freelance artist, so my schedule varies from week to week. At the moment, I have a lot of freedom, so I'm prepared to take on whatever service(s) are needed of me.

I follow instructions very well & always leave homes cleaner than how I entered them. In the past, I've created lists on my phone with furbaby's routines & needs (medical details with images included as an added measure,) as well as sending pictures/videos to their owners while they're out.
A typical day
Usually, I’ll ask the owners where they typically walk their dogs, if there are any parks in the area etc., and depending on their home location, I’ll do some research on what’s around. I’ll also make sure to have some time dedicated to indoor playtime, especially if the weather isn’t very welcoming.
