Safety, trust & environment
When caring for pets in their home, my top priority is keeping your pets safe and comfortable. I’ll follow your guidelines to ensure they feel at ease in their environment. I also make it a point to keep your home secure, ensuring everything stays in order while your pet enjoys their time.
Information Gemma W. would like to know about your pet
If possible I'd like to meet you and your pet before I come to take care of them. It’d be great to know a few things to make sure they’re happy and comfortable: Any medical issues I should know about? Do they take any medications? Do they have any allergies or special food needs? What does a typical day look like for them? When do they eat, walk, and play? How are they with other dogs? Do they like to meet other dogs on walks? Are there any behavioural issues I should know about? Who should I call if there's an emergency?
A typical day
A typical day with your pet would start with a nice morning walk to get some fresh air and burn off a bit of energy. After that, we’d have some fun playing their favorite games or doing a bit of training, depending on what they enjoy. I’ll make sure they get their meals on time and have plenty of fresh water throughout the day. If your pet loves cuddles, we’ll definitely have some of that too! In the afternoon, we can head out for another walk or play session to keep things fun and engaging. My aim is to keep them happy and well cared for!

Reviews

Gemma did a wonderful job looking after my dog and 3 cats. Our dog is wary of new people but Gemma knew how to handle her straight away and was very patient with her. I was very impressed. I am also very grateful that Gemma was willing to put up with their individual eating habits. I don’t imagine that it was easy to juggle everything but I came home to happy and healthy animals. Communicating with Gemma was very easy. Overall I feel fortunate that she was available to stay with our menagerie while we were away and hope she will be available and willing to look after them in the future. Thank you so much Gemma!

Gemma was the perfect dog sitter. Gemma sat for Mollie in our own house. She left the house immaculate and sent us some lovely updates when sitting. Thank you very much.

My dog is very high energy, but Gemma was great with him and he seemed very happy and well-exercised when I got home!

Gemma was really professional, communication was good and I was updated with photos each day. She took care to understand my dogs routine and training and walk schedules.
