A typical day
A typical day with the pets I watch is filled with fun, attention, and plenty of activity! We’ll start with a morning walk or play session to get the energy flowing, followed by some quiet time or cuddles. Depending on the pet's energy level and preferences, I love to mix in interactive games like fetch, tug-of-war, or puzzle toys to keep their minds sharp. Throughout the day, we’ll have snack breaks, occasional training sessions to reinforce good behavior, and more outdoor fun if possible! In the evening, after some relaxation time, I’ll end the day with a final walk or cuddle session to ensure they’re content and ready to rest. Every day is tailored to their needs, ensuring a balance of fun, exercise, and relaxation!

Reviews

This was the 2nd time Gemma watched our cats and she is fabulous! Attentive to our pets, always on time, and responsive! 100% recommend!

Gemma was AMAZING with our 2 cats for 3 days! She was attentive, on-time for every feeding, provided status updates for every drop-in, and took photos. We have one cat who is afraid of new people and he warmed up to her after 1 feeding which impressed us! I highly recommend her if you're looking a great sitter!
Gemma has always had a special connection with animals, who seem comfortable and confident around her. She is loving and perceptive of individual pet needs while being very responsible, organized, and meticulous in everything she does. Gemma is also a student-athlete, so no pet is too large or too energetic. She has cared for several pets over the years, raised our 9-year-old dog from a puppy, helped take care of a neighbor's elderly/special needs dogs, and even goes out of her way to care for local wild animals (from frogs and birds to foxes and deer). Gemma is reliable and honest and often goes above and beyond what is required. You can rest easy knowing that your pet will be in great hands and is certain to have a lot of fun with their new friend.
