I’m friendly, responsible and caring
I’ve taken care of dogs my entire life, having a dog throughout my childhood into my teenage years and then walking, feeding and looking after friends and family’s pets since. I frequently petsit for a 1 year old and 13 year old dog so am comfortable looking after pets of all ages and care needs.

Gemma was absolutely amazing with sitting our new kitten Apollo. She stuck to his routine and sent Updates when we wanted them. We came back to a very happy chilled kitty, a clean/tidy home and even a cake. Gemma went above and beyond, and we would highly recommend her to anyone. Gemma was exceptionally helpful and communicative. From initial enquiry to our pet’s delivery back home Gemma was extremely flexible. Gemma is clearly a warm hearted person with a keen interest in animals and the great outdoors. Our pet returned to us calm, relaxed and content. We sincerely hope Gemma is available when we next travel.
I could not speak more highly of Gemma!! I was so nervous about leaving my dog for a couple of days but as soon as I met her I felt at ease and knew she would take great care of my dog. I left a list of instructions around my dogs care for Gemma and she listened to everything I asked. I received lovely photo updates which put my mind at ease and allowed me to enjoy my holiday with out worrying about the dog! Schedule
I am currently working part time - roughly three 8 hour shifts a week. I get shift allocations 1-2 weeks in advance so can’t always let you know my pattern far in advance but always have plenty of time to devote to your pets:)

I have an hectare of part fenced garden surrounded by open land and woodland, the perfect place for long walks and plenty for your pet to explore whilst staying safe and under supervision. I am happy to follow any guidance on how you’re comfortable for me to look after your pet, whether this is in you’re own home or mine!
A typical day
I have a forest and plenty of open land right on my doorstep which is perfect for dogs to explore. I love to have fun with them and am happy to match the activities to their energy.
