I’ve had dogs in my life for as long as I can remember, so being around dogs has always felt very natural to me. I absolutely love their different personalities, quirks and individual needs, and I’m happiest when I have a four-legged friend around. Over the years, I’ve looked after dogs of different sizes, ages and personalities, from Jack Russells and Sprockers through to larger dogs such as Boxers. I’ve cared for dogs from playful puppies through to older dogs who need a little more patience, care and a slower pace. I’m comfortable with energetic dogs who need plenty of exercise and play, as well as dogs who are happier having a quieter day with lots of cuddles and company. I understand that every dog is different, and I’m happy to follow their usual routines, whether that’s specific walking times, feeding arrangements, treats, playtime or simply giving them space when they need it. I’m also very aware of how important it is for owners to feel confident that their dog is safe, happy and well cared for while they’re away. I currently can’t have a dog of my own iwhere I live, which is one of the reasons I’ve joined Rover. I’d love to spend more time with dogs and give them plenty of attention, walks, playtime and cuddles while their owners are busy or away. I work from home, although I also work a mixture of day and night shifts, so my availability varies from week to week. I’ll always be upfront about my availability and make sure I can properly commit to any booking before accepting it. For me, looking after dogs isn’t just a job, it’s something I genuinely enjoy. I’d love to get to know your dog, build their trust and make sure they feel comfortable, loved and looked after while they’re with me 🐾🖤
