I’m a stay at home, homeschooling mom with a flexible schedule. We are home often and already own a dog. It's not much more work to add one or two into the mix. My kids love dogs and enjoy meeting new ones. We all love that owning dogs helps us to be outside more, either playing with the dogs or taking them on walks.

My three children adore dogs and cats, and will give lots of love and attention. We live near parks and have a great neighborhood for walks. Dogs are allowed to free range of the house and fenced yard. They are allowed on the couches.

Please let me know about any routines your dog is used to, or any commands you would like me to use. Also if your dog has any allergies or sensitivities that I should know about.
A typical day
We wake up in the morning and do potty time and then breakfast. Then we have cuddle time on the couch. Depending on the energy needs of the dog(s) we can either throw balls in the backyard or go for a walk. Then we let dogs go in and out as needed as we go about our school day. In the afternoon we have a walk opportunity if needed. And then dinner in the evening. We are for the most part hanging out with the dogs all day as we get lessons etc done. :)

I’ve owned cats all my life, and a few dogs. I have experience volunteering at a local animal shelter, working with both cats and dogs when I was younger . I have a 4H background as well. We adopted our dog Frida 2 years ago.
