Lifelong cat lover with years of experience caring for cats of all ages and personalities. I grew up with cats and currently have a charming black-and-white cat named Luigi. Since my teens, I've looked after cats for friends, neighbours, and families, including house-sitting and caring for cats abroad. I'm patient, reliable, and enjoy building trust with each cat, whether that means playtime, grooming, cuddles, or simply quiet companionship. I happily spend time in the home fussing the pets and building a bond and trust where possible. I keep the place clean and tidy and will clear the litter tray and wash up the pets dishes etc. I am also happy to water plants and put out the bins whilst you're away.

Gemma is the absolute best! My cat Charlie adores her and she is super communicative, clean and tidy. Would highly recommend. She has cat sit for me three times now and will always try and book her before anyone else.
Our nearly 3 year old rescue cat is fearful of strangers and is historically "invisible" when they're present. Gemma made friends and our cat was out playing and comfortably socializing with her. She shared lovely photos and check-ins and has a kind and professional demeanour.
Gemma looked after my cat and my home for 2 weeks and kept me informed of how things were going.

Gemma would a great responsible and loving pet carer. We have always had cats and the cats naturally gravitate to her. When she used to be at University the cat we had at that time would pine for a whole week after Gemma had gone away. Gemma has had several experiences in cat sitting for families in Cambridge and even in Paris. Gemma was also the goto person for our neighbours when they were on holiday to pop in and feed and fuss the cats. She has also done dog walking duties as well.
We have used this wonderful cat sitter several times, and she has been fantastic every single time. Our cat is extremely shy and usually keeps her distance from everyone, but he has completely taken to her. She even curls up on her lap, which is something he rarely does with me! It gives us so much confidence knowing she feels so comfortable and safe in her care. Gemma is incredibly conscientious, reliable, and always keeps us updated while we're away. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a kind, trustworthy, and genuinely caring cat sitter.

Schedule
I keep my calendar up to date for the coming month or two 😊 I'm currently studying my Master's online. My schedule is flexible, and I can work from anywhere. I will happily give your pets the attention and care they need and can work my schedule around what's required.
- CatsGemma can host up to 4 drop-ins per day
- I am absolutely happy to look after more than one cat :) Also let me know if your cat has any specific dietary requirements or needs medication administered. I have experience with medication in tablet or liquid form and can administer orally if needed.
