I happily spend time in the home fussing the pets and building a bond and trust where possible. I keep the place clean and tidy and will clear the litter tray and wash up the pets dishes etc. I am also happy to water plants and put out the bins whilst you're away.

I am absolutely happy to look after more than one cat :) Also let me know if your cat has any specific dietary requirements or needs medication administered. I have experience with medication in tablet or liquid form and can administer orally if needed.
A typical day
If your pet is around when I come to feed them, I will take the time to give them a fuss and a groom if they seem up for it. I am happy to just sit with them or play with them. Particularly if your cat is an indoor only cat, I know how important that stimulation and attention is.

Gemma would a great responsible and loving pet carer. We have always had cats and the cats naturally gravitate to her. When she used to be at University the cat we had at that time would pine for a whole week after Gemma had gone away. Gemma has had several experiences in cat sitting for families in Cambridge and even in Paris. Gemma was also the goto person for our neighbours when they were on holiday to pop in and feed and fuss the cats. She has also done dog walking duties as well.
We have used this wonderful cat sitter several times, and she has been fantastic every single time. Our cat is extremely shy and usually keeps her distance from everyone, but he has completely taken to her. She even curls up on her lap, which is something he rarely does with me! It gives us so much confidence knowing she feels so comfortable and safe in her care. Gemma is incredibly conscientious, reliable, and always keeps us updated while we're away. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a kind, trustworthy, and genuinely caring cat sitter.
