Lifelong cat lover with years of experience caring for cats of all ages and personalities. I grew up with cats and currently have a charming black-and-white cat named Luigi. Since my teens, I've looked after cats for friends, neighbours, and families, including house-sitting and caring for cats abroad. I'm patient, reliable, and enjoy building trust with each cat, whether that means playtime, grooming, cuddles, or simply quiet companionship. I happily spend time in the home fussing the pets and building a bond and trust where possible. I keep the place clean and tidy and will clear the litter tray and wash up the pets dishes etc. I am also happy to water plants and put out the bins whilst you're away.

Gemma would a great responsible and loving pet carer. We have always had cats and the cats naturally gravitate to her. When she used to be at University the cat we had at that time would pine for a whole week after Gemma had gone away. Gemma has had several experiences in cat sitting for families in Cambridge and even in Paris. Gemma was also the goto person for our neighbours when they were on holiday to pop in and feed and fuss the cats. She has also done dog walking duties as well.
We have used this wonderful cat sitter several times, and she has been fantastic every single time. Our cat is extremely shy and usually keeps her distance from everyone, but he has completely taken to her. She even curls up on her lap, which is something he rarely does with me! It gives us so much confidence knowing she feels so comfortable and safe in her care. Gemma is incredibly conscientious, reliable, and always keeps us updated while we're away. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a kind, trustworthy, and genuinely caring cat sitter.

Schedule
My calendar is up to date for summer 2026! I'm currently studying my Master's online. My schedule is flexible, and I can work from anywhere. I will happily give your pets the attention and care they need and can work my schedule around what's required.
