Availability
I am fully available for your dog the whole day. It will be the only pet in the house, and so will receive my full care and attention ❤️. I will be pottering around the house and fenced garden and it can join me or relax in its own spaces. I will take your dog out for walks and make plenty of time for socialisation and play.

I have a fenced garden. I also have plenty of lovely sunny and cosy places for your dog to rest. You can provide a basket and blankets, otherwise I have a basket and cushion which can be used and a chair with sheepskin perfectly positioned in the bay window sunshine along with lots of other spots to unwind. Apart from the beds, your dog has access to the whole house ☀️.

A typical day
I can provide plenty of garden play, cuddles and nature walks. I live only a 20 minute walk from Hastings Country Park and a 20 minute walk from the beach at The Stade- both wonderful places for dog walks- doggie paradise!

I have been around dogs since I was born. I am an experienced dog owner and life long dog lover. I have a natural ability to understand dogs and enjoy caring for them in a safe, nurturing home environment ❤️. I have lots of experience with: - Older dogs, including Bassett Hounds and Spaniels - Training and raising puppy Dachshunds - Giving advice to others raising puppies - Managing separation anxiety, socialisation and behaviour traits - Administering medication - Dog walking and sitting I am flexible and reliable and happy to discuss whatever daily routine you think is best for your dog, including walks, meal times, play and rest.

I have known Gemma for over 15yrs and in that time I have seen her passionate about dogs, wherever she goes and there is a dog she is drawn to them and I know we will be saying hello to that dog! As the past owner of a Basset Hound, everyone knew how much she loved him and cared for him, she talked about him a lot! I would definitely be happy if I had a dog for Gemma to look after them.
We have recently got a puppy and Gemma has been amazing. We have never had a dog before and she has provided us with so much advice and support. She has given us lots of tips on how to handle Cookie in the puppy stage and she has come on in leaps and bounds, which we are very thankful for. I have seen her in the past with her own dogs so have seen first hand how great she is with them. She has a huge passion and love for them, and her knowledge of raising a dog is exceptional. I would highly recommend Gemma.
Gemma is a true dog lover, she bonded quickly with my dog and he clearly felt at ease in her company. She gives dogs plenty of fuss and attention along with exercise as well as basic feeding and outdoor needs. I highly recommend her to take care of your canine companion/s.
