⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **Absolutely wonderful – we couldn’t recommend Gemma highly enough! 🐾❤️** We were so pleased to have Gemma look after our cats while we were away on holiday. From the moment we met her, it was clear how much she genuinely loves animals, and we immediately felt comfortable knowing our cats were in safe and caring hands. Gemma came to our home once a day to feed the cats and make sure they were okay. She was reliable, friendly and incredibly thoughtful. She even sent us photos while we were away, including a lovely picture of one of our cats happily eating, which was so reassuring to see and really helped us relax knowing they were doing well. It’s never easy leaving your pets behind when you go on holiday, but knowing Gemma was popping in during the day gave us complete peace of mind. We really appreciated how caring and trustworthy she was. We were really pleased with the care our cat received. Gemma was able to help us out at short notice (due to a cancellation), arranged a meet-and-greet beforehand, and kept us updated with messages and photos. It was very reassuring to know our cat was in good hands. We'd happily recommend Gemma and would definitely use her again.

Gemma was great. Our 6 month old kitten warmed to her straight away after the initial pre-sit meeting. Updates throughout our time away were great. No issues whatsoever and came back to a very happy kitty!

The pets were very happy when we got home.
