Hi! I’m a Master’s graduate in Human-Centered Research & Design, currently on a sabbatical from work, which gives me flexible availability—including during standard 9–5 work hours when many pet parents need support most. My background in research has helped me build strong empathy and sensitivity to non-verbal cues, something that translates beautifully to working with animals. I grew up surrounded by animals—dogs, cats, horses, rabbits, and even donkeys—so being around animals feels second nature to me. I’m truly an animal lover through and through. I'm also volunteering at Austin Humane Society for some extra puppy love! I’m also a pet parent myself, so I deeply understand how much trust it takes to leave your dog in someone else’s care. Handling high-energy, agile, and strong-willed dogs is my specialty (thanks to my own pet!), and I stay calm, patient, and consistent even in challenging situations. That said, I love pups of all shapes, sizes, and personalities. My dog has been staying with my parents for the last 2 months, so your pet will get all my attention! I’m great with puppies and bring plenty of patience, love, and structure to help them feel safe and confident. I’m comfortable reinforcing puppy training basics such as potty routines, crate comfort, leash manners, and simple commands using positive reinforcement. Whether your dog is a playful puppy still learning the ropes or a high-energy companion who needs engagement and structure, I tailor my care to each pet’s unique needs—treating every fur baby like I would my own.
