I grew up surrounded by animals and have been caring for the pets of friends, family, and neighbors for as long as I can remember. My love for animals turned into a career when I worked as a dog handler for a highly trained NESDCA-certified scent detection dog. I had the opportunity to travel the country with my working dogs, which gave me valuable experience in behavior, training, and general care. After that, I managed at a doggy daycare, overseeing playrooms with up to 30 dogs at a time. In that role, safety was always my top priority, and I treated every dog as if they were my own. Most recently, I’ve been working in a veterinary clinic, but I am currently taking time off to be home with my new baby—which means I’m available full-time to give your pets the care and attention they deserve. At home, I have three dogs of my own—a loving pitbull, a playful puppy, and her mom—plus a blind cat, so I’m very comfortable with all kinds of personalities, breeds, and special needs.
