I'm a veterinary receptionist with years of cat care experience - I have sadly never owned a cat (YET!), however, I have looked after and cared for many cats over the years, including diabetic cats.

Excellent communication before and during, loved the updates and pictures each time Gayle visited. Both cats were really well looked after and relaxed on our return.
