We’re both hikers and love country walks. We’re happy to drive your pet to country walk trails if that’s what they like too. We’re very happy to be outdoors in any weather.

We are currently based in the Central Belt of Scotland 🏴 enjoying the local golf courses for the summer, but we welcome enquiries nationwide! 📅 Sit Length: Due to our travel logistics as full-time sitters, we prefer stays of 7 to 14 days minimum, up to long-term placements of up to one year. 🗓️ Multiple Platforms: We also advertise on TrustedHousesitters, MindaHome, and House Sitters UK. They stay approximately 4 weeks each spring to tidy up and prepare our large country house for the summer season, when many friends, family and friends of relatives come to enjoy our rural retreat. Their duties include ventilating the house, thoroughly cleaning each room, preparing the bedding and towels for each room, cleaning, scrubbing, and replenishing our kitchen with dry food, preserves, canned, and other necessary staples. They check gutters and drains for leaves and obstructions and make sure our old tile roof is intact after winter. They also open the door to traders and other professionals. They keep the house safe and secure and report any repairs or incidents that need to be made. They communicate efficiently, we work with them easily, they understand our specific needs in advance. They communicate with the local community to make sure all the neighbors are happy and content. I highly recommend them to keep your home safe, clean, tidy and cozy. I highly recommend Neil and Gayle Bradley as trusted pet and house sitters. The Bradleys are a mature couple who have been taking care of our large private house in the Barcelona mountains for several summer holidays now. During this time, they have proven to be extremely reliable, trustworthy, and professional. They have a friendly demeanour, and are extremely easy to work with when planning the organisation of home and pet care when we’re abroad. We have two Labradors – Lana is a lively 3 year old who needs plenty of exercise and 10 year old Elly is enjoying her senior years. They are part of our family and I couldn’t imagine either’s needs being met in kennels. The Bradleys have done an excellent job taking care of them and we have peace of mind that can be individually looked after when we’re away. They are both experienced with dogs and have shown great care and attention to our furry friends. They have also been diligent in maintaining the safety and security of our home, including making sure the pool guy and the gardener are let in and out, and ensuring that everything is in good order when we return. They keep a keen eye on the garden to support the gardening company, and have ensured that our pool is always in top condition supporting the pool maintenance company daily and competently liaising with other suppliers and providers in our absence. I cannot recommend Neil and Gayle Bradley highly enough. They are trustworthy, reliable, and professional and have done an outstanding job in taking care of our home and our beloved pets. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of their services.
