My first friend was a cat named Jessica. She was my mom's cat - adopted before I was born - and she taught me a lot of important things about life: the importance of holding clear boundaries, asking for what you want, and being absolutely adorable while doing it. I have always loved animals - their loving presence provides us humans with so much needed connection, joy, and purpose. I took care of my first dog, a peppy goldie named DD, from age 3 until 15 when he sadly passed. I also supported my dad and his dog, a sweet cane corso named Blu, in the last year of his life as he battled cancer. 💛 RIP 💙 I am currently a cat parent to a wonderful social sweetie named Simone. I have been a house and pet sitter for the past 10 years. I lived in as a pet sitter for 2 cats and 2 dogs (1 was blind and the other was very protective and dog-reactive) over a 7 month period; we kept the peace in the house and went on 2 daily walks a day without a hitch! No matter the request - for an hour or for a year - I will always honor and love on your pets the way I love my own - with great tenderness and care.
