Adventurous & fun vet student!
I am currently a vet school student at the University of Arizona. Previously, I worked in a vet clinic as the lead technician, so I am comfortable caring for animals with medical/special needs and administering all forms of medication. I have varied animal care experience, ranging from common domestic pets (dogs, cats, birds) to more exotic species (goats, sheep, turtles), as well as professional training in Canine and Feline Care. I am also familiar with food allergies and special diets. I am comfortable with animals of all sizes! I grew up with a 100lb Lab/Chow mix and now have a Shiba Inu, as well as 2 cats. I do ask, however, that if your dog is over 70lbs, that they have good bite inhibition and can walk well on leash. Also, I will always come stocked with pet waste bags and basic first-aid supplies. I am an animal lover, and a strong supporter of positive reinforcement training. I am detail-oriented and strive to give every animal the utmost care and attention they deserve. I believe that a tired pup is a happy pup - I want to see that tail wag and tongue hang! Treats are a part of my uniform. :) I can't wait to build a relationship with you and your furry friends!

Safety, trust & environment
I will not be able to take care of pets in my own home as I have my own animals. I will ensure that all windows and doors are secure prior to leaving your home, and will ensure that your animals do not escape when I am entering/leaving (one of my own cats try to be escape artists!!) I will try to keep your pet(s)' routines as close to normal as possible. You'll absolutely get plenty of pictures as well!

Gamen was wonderful. She was very communicative and the kitties were well taken care of. We came back to a clean house and happy cats. Would definitely use her again!

Booked Gamen to check in on and feed my cat over the weekend and already booked her again! I love the detailed updates and numerous photos she provided for every visit. She was very kind, warm, and professional. Most importantly, my cat loved her!

Gamen is absolutely amazing! My dog loves her and goes crazy when she comes. My pit puppy can be a lot to handle when walking and Gamen controls her without trouble. It takes a lot to wear my dog out, and somehow Gamen managed to do it! She also has experience at a vet so she has no problem with illnesses (my baby came down with kennel cough) or injuries. We will be using Gamen as our dog walker and dog sitter for as long as she is able to help!! Very flexible with date changes as well.

Schedule
As a full-time student, I do have limited free time. However, I will have transperancy as to my availabilities, and will do my best to keep an updated schedule on Rover.
