I am currently a vet school student at the University of Arizona. Previously, I worked in a vet clinic as the lead technician, so I am comfortable caring for animals with medical/special needs and administering all forms of medication. I have varied animal care experience, ranging from common domestic pets (dogs, cats, birds) to more exotic species (goats, sheep, turtles), as well as professional training in Canine and Feline Care. I am also familiar with food allergies and special diets. I am comfortable with animals of all sizes! I grew up with a 100lb Lab/Chow mix and now have a Shiba Inu, as well as 2 cats. I do ask, however, that if your dog is over 70lbs, that they have good bite inhibition and can walk well on leash. Also, I will always come stocked with pet waste bags and basic first-aid supplies. I am an animal lover, and a strong supporter of positive reinforcement training. I am detail-oriented and strive to give every animal the utmost care and attention they deserve. I believe that a tired pup is a happy pup - I want to see that tail wag and tongue hang! Treats are a part of my uniform. :) I can't wait to build a relationship with you and your furry friends!
