If I were walking a dog, I would want to discuss with the owner what sort of walk they want...a brisk walk, a leisurely stroll, socializing with other dogs. If I were doing a drop-in, same thing. Do they just want company and affection for the dog or a potty break or do they want me to throw a ball in the back yard?
Information Gail S. would like to know about your pet
I would want to know what kind of walk they wanted: a brisk walk or a leisurely stroll. I have always let my dogs set the pace, even when it is painfully slow.
A typical day
It depends on the dog. I used to take my dogs to the dog park on a regular basis. I think exercise is important for dogs and children. I think socializing with other dogs is important for most dogs. But dogs are like people: they are all different.

Reliable, friendly dog lover
Pet care experience
I love dogs and I have had dogs and I miss having a dog in my life. The favorite part of my day used to be taking Cindy for her early morning walk. I have no special training but have learned through experience to give a dog a happy and enjoyable walk.
Reviews
