PETS ARE FAMILY!

***Specials for Special Needs Clients*** Timely oral medication/eye drops for all pets. $25 discount for all clients who need that little extra care. $25 off total fee for former clients if you book 3 or more days. (Oct 1, 2026 - Dec 21, 2026) $20 off total fees for NEW clients (includes light to medium housekeeping), PLUS $20 Rover discount if you use this code: https://www.rover.com/sit/gailg96208 (Oct 1 - Dec 1, 2026) Family, friends and acquaintances have been relying on me to care for their animals (and plants) when they are out of town, for they know that I will love and take care of them like they are mine. A bit about me: I get along quite well with children and animals. :) I'm also a city girl - born and raised - and am very careful when it comes to home safety/protection (e.g., locking doors, closing windows, asking for emergency contacts, watching out for suspicious people, checking mail/packages, etc.). I also believe in being discreet and maintaining clean, comfortable surroundings and will help with light/medium housekeeping duties. What I provide for your pet(s): a loving, protective, nurturing, respectful, caring, responsible, fun environment. I am involved in animal rescue, too, so I have lots of experience with animals of all ages including cats, dogs, birds, rabbits, hamsters, mice, rats, lizards (geckos, bearded dragons), and will petsit snakes, too, but I will not feed them live mammals. Thank you! References available.

Gail did a phenomenal job caring for our Jasperboy! He needed medication and eye drops, and she handled everything with such care and attention that we never had to worry. She communicated regularly, kept us updated, and even sent pictures, which gave us great peace of mind while we were away on an international trip. We came home to a happy, well-cared-for pup. We highly recommend her and will definitely use her again! Already have other bookings scheduled with her. She is fantastic!!

Gail was great with Gizmo! She was very communicative, sending regular updates and photos so we always knew what Gizmo was up to. She was very caring and we felt comfortable leaving Gizmo in her care. She left the house in better condition than when we left. And we returned to a very happy pup!

Gail was amazing with Henry! Henry has a lot of special needs and Gail was great making sure he got everything he needed! She kept me updated with both messages and pictures and made me feel so much better being away from him while I was out of the states.

I would like to know the personality and temperment of your animal(s), the type of foods they eat and what they are allowed/not allowed to eat/play with. I also expect emergency contacts, e.g., veterinarian, and written information regarding any types of allergies, phobias, etc. your pet may have. I'm happy with all kinds of animals.
Each sitter joining Rover needs to pass a background check. And by booking on Rover, you can get photo & message updates, 24/7 support, and reimbursement for eligible vet care.
