Gabrielle did a fantastic job in taking care of our dog in her home while also visiting our house to take care of our cat! We'll definitely be continuing to use her services for our future needs!

I really appreciated that Gabrielle was able to drop in and feed my dogs in a last minute situation. I had provided detailed instructions for my two 9 month old puppies and explained that one had severe anxiety and was not house trained. He became overwhelmed which caused him to knock down the gate (twice) that was secluding him in my kitchen area. I made Gabrielle aware of the situation and warned her that accidents were probably made. She was provided cleaning products and paper towel for any messes that occurred. The first time he knocked down the gate I had asked if there were any messes made. Gabrielle reported a box that was chewed up but nothing as far as pee/poop. The second time, she said he had pooped in the living room (which was expected). Instead of using the paper towel and throwing the mess away, she used toilet paper and clogged the toilet to clean the mess. I was also disappointed to find several spots of pee (about 6 or 7) with some obviously being fresh and others being dried like they had been sitting for hours. The accidents were expected to happen, however, there was no communication in regards to how many were present and no indication of them attempting to be cleaned besides the one which resulted in a clogged toilet.
